The patented ShoreliteTM VX1 is an adjustable high brightness LED flashlight in a rugged Polycarbonate case. The VX1 is a full function light for everyday use on a keychain, or clipped to the brim of a hat with the included hands free clip. The VX1s pure white LED light is also ideal for camping, boating, hiking, home repair, electrical, plumbing or any HANDS-FREE type of work. This light is also great for pilots and car cabins! The lens on the VX1, and all ShoreliteTM flashlights, magnifies the White LED beam well enough that you will likely use the dimming option on this light in many night-acclimated situations. Additionally, the dimmer feature can be quite handy for night vision in true color and battery conservation. To adjust just press the 2nd button on the unit to access one of the VX1’s lower power modes, (4 in all). Using the latest technologies from Shoreline Electronics a proven leader in the electronics industry, the VX1 uses only one AAA battery because of the sophisticated and patented internal design. The AAA battery delivers 5 times the capacity of higher priced lithium button cells used in most of our competitors products. With the INCLUDED battery you will have from 7 to 76 hours of light depending on the settings you use. And unlike button cell LED lights, because the power reserve on an alkaline AAA cell is many times greater, it won’t dim just after 20 minutes of use! The VX1 measures.6″ X.6″ by 2.7″ and weighs in at less than 1 ounce. Though not an underwater light, rubber gaskets are used throughout and the unit is quite weather resistant. Works great as a laptop and reading light too, powering down to the right light level to see the keys or page without washing out the screen or book.
